Booking an appointment

When you book with Revival Massage, you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to book the appointment. Appointment times are held for you once your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full fee.

Payment

Service fees are due at the time of your appointment unless arranged otherwise. By booking, you authorize Revival Massage to charge the card on file for completed services and for any fees owed under our cancellation and no-show policy.

Health and safety

Please tell your therapist about injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications before your session so we can adapt the work safely. Massage therapy is for relaxation and general wellness; it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

We may decline or end a session where massage would be unsafe or inappropriate, including illness, intoxication, or any behavior that is disrespectful toward the therapist. Sessions ended for inappropriate behavior are charged in full.

Gift certificates and promotions

Gift certificates and promotional offers are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash, and are subject to any expiration or terms stated at purchase.

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Text, images, and branding on the site belong to Revival Massage and may not be copied or reused without permission.
