Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

When booking an appointment with Revival Massage, you are agreeing to the following terms.
No-shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client. You will still be responsible for the full session fee.
Payment terms
By booking, you authorize Revival Massage to securely charge the card on file for any late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with this policy.
